v1.2 LightScribe
Lightscribe media has always been fairly expensive for a write once disc, until RiDisc released their version! Datawrite Titanium entering the lightscribe market place should provide customers with a good quality but cheaper alternative to many other brand names. These DVD+R discs are supplied in a 50 tub and have a maximum burn speed of 16x. The RiDisc Lightscribe is very similar in colour to the original HP Lightscribe discs, some of the other makes tend to have a darker gold top finish. The disc itself is a regular 16x DVD+R with 4.7GB of storage or 120 minutes in normal use but has the Lightscribe top coating. Datawrite Titanium have used lightscribe Version 1.2 for the Lightscribe coating which means it will complete in a shorter time than original Lightscribe discs. It's compatible with all Lightscribe drives as well.
